From wine house to luxury guesthouse
Cascina GianTino Past to Present
The cascina used to be a wine farm. Our room names refer to the old function of the spaces. In Il Torchio the grapes were pressed, La Cantina contained the wine barrels and in Il Sughero the wine was bottled.
The house has been converted into a luxury guesthouse with three suites and living space for us. All with beautiful panoramic views on the Monferrato Hills and even the Alps.
Surrounding Cascina GianTino is 15.000m2 of land. Most of that land is sloping. We created a large pool, parking area and gardens. We grow some of our own vegetables and some day we hope to pluck fruit from our own fruit trees. We keep a personal blog with history and developments of the Cascina.

Exclusive
Cascina GianTino is open to gay men only. To ensure privacy & exclusivity we created only three large suites and a swimming pool.
Amazing views
We look out onto the beautiful Monferrato Hills (a Unesco World Heritage Site). On a clear day you can even see the Alps.
Quiet and private
Althought Cascina GianTino is conveniently located close to villages it is also in a quiet and private spot.
Large suites
Each suite and private seating area is 56m2 and has an en-suite bathroom. The private seating area looks out onto the Monferrato Hills.
Large swimming pool
Our large swimming pool is clothing optional and has a shallow end. Pool towels are included.
Seating areas & fire pit
There are several seating area’s around the pool, at the outdoor kitchen and at the fire pit.
Outdoor kitchen BBQ
We have an outdoor kitchen BBQ that can be made available to guests on request.
Wireless Internet (WIFI)
The Cascina offers free wireless internet (WIFI) in your suite, in common spaces and in the garden.

With the careful restoration of the former wine house (cascina) a luxury guest house was born. A tranquil place to escape the world outside. Spacious and private, allowing you to enjoy your free time, care free, overlooking the rolling hills of the Monferrato onto the Alps. Relax and do what you feel up to, reading, swimming, sunbathing or simply nothing. Whatever you do, come do it at Cascina GianTino.

Spacious suites with incredible views
Warm, inviting and spacious suites with high ceilings will make you feel right at home. The old original concrete walls meet smooth intonaco with an eclectic mix of materials & textures. French doors and windows look out onto the landscape. Shutters filter the light creating the perfect atmosphere. Mosquito nets throughout because life is also about modern comforts.
