Payment conditions
To secure your reservation a deposit of 30% must be paid by bank transfer. The remainder must be paid 8 weeks before the day of arrival. If you make a reservation within 8 weeks of arrival the full amount must be paid at once.
When we receive your payment a legally binding contract exists between both parties that is non-cancellable and non-refundable, except in exceptional circumstances.
What if you don’t pay
In case you don’t pay the deposit after the reminder e-mail, the reservation is considered cancelled. In the unlikely event that you don’t pay the final installment after the reminder e-mail, the booking is considered cancelled. You lose the deposit paid (there is no refund).
What if you cancel
If you cancel more than 8 weeks before your holiday you only lose the deposit paid. Should you cancel once the full amount has been paid, you lose the full amount.
We stongly advice all our guests to obtain travel insurance that covers cancellation in case you have to cancel or shorten your stay with us.
Delays, no shows and shortened stays
No shows, shortened stays and failure to inform us of any delays and not arriving within 24 hours of your reservation are considered cancellations. We reserve the right to re-let your room without any right to any refund.
What if we cancel
In the rare event that we need to cancel your booking, our liability to you is limited to the refund of any payment already made by you.
