Simply food to feel good
A region of famous dishes
Home to some of the classics
Did you know that Grissini, Insalata Russa, Vitello Tonnato, Carne Cruda, Agnolotti del Plin, Tajarin, Lingua con Salsa Verde, Brasato, Bonet and Panna Cotta are all from the Piemonte?
The region has its own cuisine and you will find many of the classics on any restaurant menu. Piemonte is also famous for the slow food movement and some restaurants are influenced by the Ligurian region, famous for fish dishes and la farinata.
If you crave something a little more international, larger cities like Torino and Milano will provide a larger number of choices in foreign cuisine. Buon Appetito!
