How to get here
Google Maps is a great help. Just type in Cascina GianTino and we should appear. From there, you can plan a route.
Free parking for guests
We offer guests free private parking on the Cascina terrain.
Bringing a bike
We have a bike rack on the parking deck for two bikes.
Please let us know if you plan to bring any bikes.
Bringing pets
Although we love animals (we have 2 cats), we cannot have your pet stay with us.
We speak your language
Talk to us in English, Dutch, German and some Italian.
Check-in
Check-in is from 16:00 to 19:00.
We do not have a reception facility. If you are running late, please give us a call.
Check-out
The room must be available at 11:00.
Upon checkout the suite keys are returned, the suite is inspected and you pay any outstanding balance.
Early arrivals
Unfortunately, your suite might not be ready yet, but give us a call before arrival to check what is possible.
Daily schedule
Breakfast
Breakfast is served from 09:30 to 11:00.
If you require an earlier breakfast, please inquire about the possibilities.

Need help with a reservation or anything else? Just ask us.
Silent hours
We kindly ask you to respect the period of silence between 23:00 and 09:00.
Pool & jacuzzi hours
The pool is open from 09:00 to 23:00.
The jacuzzi is covered to remain warm, and opened on request. Just ask us.
About your suite
Bed linen
Bed linen, cushions, a duvet and blankets are provided in the room.
We change your bed covers in accordance with local rules and regulations.
Trash
Trash in your bin is checked daily. If you need to throw away larger items, ask us.
Please do not use the green containers on the parking deck. Thank you.
Airing the suite
To cool the suite, let cool air enter early morning or night. If the temperature outside is higher, do not let air in.
To keep the suite cool during the day, close doors, windows and shutters at daytime.
Heating and fires
The suite is centrally heated on colder days and during the winter season.
For safety reasons we ask you not to use fire, candles, incense, etc. in your suite.
Non-smoking suite
Your suite, the common spaces and outside area’s are non-smoking.
You may smoke outside on your private terrace using the ash tray provided.
Private seating area
We kindly ask you to put furniture cushions in storage during the night and during rain. Thank you.
Leaving your suite
To safeguard your posessions and ours, please leave all doors closed and locked when you leave your suite.
Animals
Please do not allow our cats or other animals to go into your suite. Thank you.
General information about your stay
Using the pool & jacuzzi
Our pool is 1.4m deep so not suitable for diving.
Please use the steps at the shallow area to get into the pool.
Before using the pool or the jacuzzi, please shower off any sun tan creams, etc.
We open the jacuzzi on request. Just ask us.
Smoking
By italian law we are a non smoking facility.
You may smoke outside on your private terrace using the ash tray provided.
Internet (WIFI)
Free wireless internet (WIFI) is available to guests (fair use).
Access codes and a convenient QR code are located in your suite.
Trash bins
There is a trash bin in your room. If you need to throw away larger items, ask us.
Please do not use the green containers on the parking deck. Thank you.
Sewage in Italy
The italian countryside does not have a central sewage system. Therefor a biological system is installed at our property.
Toilet paper, etc.
To keep the toilet clean and prevent blockage (an expensive repair), we ask you not to throw anything in the WC other than our toilet paper.
Self catering
Your suite is not equipped for self catering, but you can prepare something in our outside kitchen. Just ask us.
Parties and inviting others
You cannot invite guests or organize a party or event at the premises unless agreed with us in advance.
Open fires
The Piemonte has long dry periods. For safety reasons, open fires, candles, etc. are not allowed anywhere.
Save the planet
To help protect the environment and safe planet resources we ask you to use electricity and/or water sensibly.
If something breaks
If something breaks or is in need of repair, let us know. We strive to resolve things quickly.
